On the same day my wife bought a "new" front load washer. Asked if it worked before auction. Got it home and leaked badly. Mr. Ball said bring it back and we wi fix it. I took it up to them and they RE SOLD IT !!! And wouldn't answer my calls. Totally shady!!!!.

Bought a 4 wheeler. Asked before bidding and Mr. Ball assured me the title was I his office. I would the auction. I then tried for 5 weeks to get the title. He eventually just kept hanging up on me. That tell me the bike was stolen

The new facility is beautiful. But prices have been raised, clothing is sparse, inventory rarely changes and the consignment country items in the back are not selling. They are taking up space that could be used for clothing. I used to love the Ball Outlet, but it is disappointing since the new building opened. Please bring back items similar to the way it was down around back! Thanks.
